Eastern Province Governor Receives KFUPM Rector

His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, received in his office on Thursday (12th July 2018) the Acting Rector of King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Dr. Sahel N. Abduljauwad after his appointment as the Rector of the University.
His Highness explained the important role played by the university "in the service of citizens in light of the support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince - may Allah preserve them – to the scientific programs and research." His Highness praised the university's scientific achievements in the field of research and inventions, its participation in international events and competitions, honoring our country internationally. He, also praised all KFUPM services to the community.
For his part, Dr. Abduljauwad thanked HRH the Governor of Eastern Province for his concerns and interest in the University's contribution to the country's citizens and the importance of the University's work. This follow-up was very important to the success of the activities carried out by KFUPM and its role in serving the national development process.
