Career Fair 2026 Draws Over 11,000 Visitors

KFUPM concluded Career Fair 2026, attracting over 11,000 visitors over three days (April 28–30, 2026), with the participation of more than 70 organizations from various sectors.

The fair provided students and graduates with access to diverse career and training opportunities, enabling direct engagement with leading employers. It also featured more than 300 career coaching sessions, supporting participants in enhancing their career readiness and competitiveness.

KFUPM President, Dr. Muhammad Al-Saggaf, stated that the fair represents a valuable opportunity for students and graduates to explore career and training pathways. He emphasized the University’s commitment to equipping its students to create job opportunities—not merely seek them—by developing their skills and strengthening their leadership capabilities to meet labor market demands.

Organized with the support of over 100 student organizers, the event reflects the University’s commitment to fostering its seven core habits, including high aspirations, self-reliance, multidisciplinary collaboration, entrepreneurship, and a global mindset. It also highlights KFUPM’s role in bridging the gap between academia and industry and aligning educational outcomes with labor market needs. The fair aims to connect talent with opportunities, support national workforce development, and prepare graduates to contribute to a dynamic and evolving economy.

The exhibition was accompanied by preparatory workshops covering CV writing, talent acquisition, and job market competitiveness. It also featured specialized career coaching sessions, delivered by more than 10 internationally certified coaches from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), in collaboration with its Saudi chapter.
