GSR 2025: The First Global Student Research Conference Welcomes 3500+

The Global Students Research (GSR2025) Conference, the first international student-led research conference in Saudi Arabia, successfully brought together over 3500 attendees, including esteemed industry professionals, academic scholars, and emerging researchers. orgnized by KFUPM, this groundbreaking event provided a dynamic platform for young researchers to collaborate, share ideas, and present innovative research under the theme "From Students to Students".

GSR received 1,500+ research submissions, with more than 300 accepted participants from over 30 countries. One of the conference highlights was the GSR Hackathon, which engaged 800+ participants in solving real-world challenges through innovative solutions. The multi-stage competition concluded with an in-person finale, where teams showcased their groundbreaking projects, demonstrating creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Beyond research presentations, the conference featured poster expositions, interactive panel discussions, and exhibitions showcasing cutting-edge technologies from universities, companies, and research institutions.
