Sector of Technology Transfer, Innovation & Entrepreneurship is to hold

Air Products Industrial Gases Technology Symposium in November 6, 2018.

This symposium, to be held in Innovation cluster at DTV for two days, will provide an insight into the current trends and latest technologies in the production, use, and storage of Hydrogen, Synthesis Gas, Helium, Oxygen, and Carbon Dioxide.

Supervisor of Technology Transfer, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Dr. Samir Al-Baiyat said that the use of industrial gases is becoming increasingly pivotal in the future of the chemical, and energy industries, especially in Saudi Arabia.

He mentioned that the symposium offers a unique experience in the region, providing a wide-ranging agenda featuring presentations and panel discussion from Air Products, Saudi Aramco, KFUPM and KAUST. Experts from these organizations will present on technology issues and challenges, such as CO2 capture, hydrogen as fuel, as well as mega Gasification projects.

He also said that the symposium will be discussing several agendas related to industrial gases field such as Hydrogen Systems, Syngas Generation Technologies, Air Seperation  Units and Novel Gas Separation Processes.

Executive Vice President, Air Products and Chemicals Dr. Samir J.
